Huda's harmoniously coloured peach to coral wedding cake

2014 has started off well with Huda's stunning wedding cake at the Park Lane Hotel.

I covered the cake starting in coral blossoms on the bottom tier, slowly getting lighter to peach blossoms on the top tier. I was really thrilled with the outcome.

Beautiful wedding cake with dusky pink roses

This beautiful 3 tier wedding cake with dusky pink roses, white peonies and light  pink freesias I decorated for Keira and Ted. They chose to have a wavy royal iced piped design around the bottom two tiers.The design looked like a true wedding cake. It worked really well because it was placed in front of  a burgundy wall, the colour match was fantastic. Bespoke wedding cake

Yet another bespoke wedding cake which was well received by the Bride and Groom and the mother of the bride. See their comments below.

Thank you for a magnificent cake the flowers  were so delicately 

shaped and swirled around the cake so you could see all of them

and the colours were gorgeous. It looked wonderful placed

strategically by the top table.  It also tasted delicious

and the guests really enjoyed it.

Thank you so much, the cake looked beautiful and we had such a wonderful day. It tasted amazing too more importantly!! I had a box of the cake on the aeroplane the next day on our way to Hawaii! I may be in touch in the future to get a mini one made for a birthday/anniversary.

Pillared wedding cake

Layla and Steve's wedding cake yesterday at the grand City Pavilion was a beautiful classical pillared wedding cake, with roses with diamante inserts, dots and shells around each cake. The pillared cakes are having a come back, it isn't my first one this year see my website for more www.weddingcakesdesign.co.uk. The advantage of pillared cakes are definitely  height and looking like a true wedding cake!

Croquembouche

Here is a little bit of fun to say happy Christmas with.

My Croquembouche went down a treat at our Christmas party. Perfect for cold weather, not for a hot summers day. With all that hot means to cream!

This little after dinner treat was held together with scrumptious Green and Blacks white chocolate, filled with a beautiful Limoncello Cream, and adorned with Lindor chocolates and stars from Angelbake.
