Andrea's wedding cake


Andrea chose the Nicolette cake, one of my favourites. I really enjoy making this cake although it requires an exceptional amount of patience, especially when assembling it. The sugar roses are very delicate; one has to assemble them slowly one at a time. I think being patient is definitely worth the effort! Andrea chose to have a chocolate, lemon and fruitcake, and I hope and expect the results are being eaten now!
