This week I've been creating animals in sugar for the 75th Anniversary cake of Beaumont Animals' Hospital in London, it is part of the Royal Veterinary College, University of London. It was challenging work but I really enjoyed creating it, especially the crest which was not easy. Now it is back to making wedding cakes.
