January - February is probably the best time to book your wedding cakes. It is the time when your cake designer has the most time for you and your creation, especially if you want your wedding cake to be unique. Get your ideas together; colour samples, flower variety, designs and patterns you like. I get some brides who do everything over the Internet and others prefer the personal contact - either works!Particularly if your wedding is over the busy summer months (that is from May - October) book your cake now, or else you'll miss out on the cake of your dreams!cake I created this for Katy last year.
