After having made a 5 tier wedding cake last week, it is back to making a single tier. As multi tiered cakes are so popular now er days, even I forget how nice a single tier wedding cake can look like. Any of my cakes in my cake galleries can be turned into a single tiered cake, especially the ones with a beautiful bouquet of sugar flowers like the one I have just made for Yvonne and Charlie. Single tiers always look nice on a good cake stand. Sometimes even a single cake can look spectacular, the secret lies in how you display it!
