Chona and Rich have sent me a beautiful photo of their cake cutting - although they had cup cakes, Their desire was to have a top tier which they could still cut as is the tradition. Don't they look happy!

Chona and Rich wedding cakes
I am slowly coming to the end of the really busy wedding season, its been a long and exceptionally busy summer. I really enjoyed creating something very different for
Chona and Rich, unique in colour, with summerfruit applique and without sugar flowers. I ended up making 60 instead of 50 mini cakes, as my cake tins only allowed me to make that many - Good news for Chona and Rich!
