Wedding cake of the year

This years most wanted cake has yet again  been the Nicolette cake. It's become one of the great classic cakes. The latest trend with my brides  has been the use of adventurous colours within their designs. It seems to work every time.

I have just delivered one of my classic wedding cakes. The Natalie wedding cake is a classic design which I make every year several times. A cake that can be positioned in the middle of the venue and appreciated from all sides.
