I received a wonderful letter from Germany to day.It was from Ulrike and Alan whose cake(pictured left) I made last November. It was full of wonderful compliments and some pictures. Here are some of the words; 'Having read the glowing reviews on your website we thought it would be difficult for us to be impressed. The decorations on the cake were magnificent. We had people touching the flowers as they were unsure whether they were real or not. The taste of the cake was out of this world, there was very little left,everyone commented on how wonderful it was!' I was really thrilled with this letter!
