I recieved a lovely card with a stunning photo of the bride and groom (plus that cake in the background) from Becky and Chris.
..." Thank you so much! You did a fantastic job on our wedding cake. Everyone commented on the taste and it looked gorgeous (you might be able top spot it in the pic!)"
Kind regards, Becky and Chris

Praise from Catherine

Hi Franziska, A belated thank you for the wonderful wedding cake you made for us. Our wedding was 13/09/2008. It was amazing and tasted beautiful. You're a real artist, very talented. I'm just looking for an excuse to have another cake made. Regards, Catherine Klocek (Cormican.) Catherine's cake was identical to the Seniah wedding cake, with out the topper - and the roses were slightly darker. see the wedding cakes here at wedding cakes by Franziska

Butterfly wedding cake for EMMA
My Latest cake, for Emma, was presented to an unsuspecting audience on sunday at Newland hall. The Marquee was beautifully prepared when the cake was delivered, and a cool climate (despite near 30 degrees!) was provided for the cake table via a fan below; I cannot emphasize how important this detail is in all bridal plans. Sponge cakes, stacked designs in particular, are both structurally and edibly challenged by this heat; add the variability of the ground surface under the Marquee for a very testing time for your wedding cake designer's creation.
What do you think of the butterflies? I loved them! Let me know what you think - more pictures here...wedding cakes by franziska
