Butterfly wedding cake for EMMA
My Latest cake, for Emma, was presented to an unsuspecting audience on sunday at Newland hall. The Marquee was beautifully prepared when the cake was delivered, and a cool climate (despite near 30 degrees!) was provided for the cake table via a fan below; I cannot emphasize how important this detail is in all bridal plans. Sponge cakes, stacked designs in particular, are both structurally and edibly challenged by this heat; add the variability of the ground surface under the Marquee for a very testing time for your wedding cake designer's creation.
What do you think of the butterflies? I loved them! Let me know what you think - more pictures here...wedding cakes by franziska

Hi
The wedding cake was fantastic and everyone commented on how beautuful it looked. Thank you so much for your hard work and attention to detail.
The cake was the most photographed part of the wedding and tasted delicious.
Thank you so much!!!!!
