Rimma's wedding cakes

I thought I would just give you a preview of this weeks work, it will be on my site tomorrow on the 2nd page of my Gallery page and it will be the Rimma cake. Rimma wanted a cake that could be seen from all sides. The cake was decorated so that you could see a bouquet from where ever you stood. The sugar flowers were different coloured pink roses, Orchids with strong pink centres and freesias. The bottom cake was a fruitcake and the other two were chocolate.
