I am now in the full swing of the wedding cake season. Easter was very busy. Good Friday was Sam and Tony's wedding, here is their cake. I was rather pleased with creating this cake with pink coloured roses. Sam liked the idea of making the centre of the sugar roses darker, to give it more depth, it really worked. Their wedding was at Farnhams Hall hotel in Ware, what a stunning venue! Sam and Tony's cake was a chocolate cake, I think I will be repeating this particular cake a lot more times!
